We offer childcare services to local businesses to support both employers and employees.

The benefits of employer supported childcare can include better recruitment and retention of staff, reduced absenteeism, a more motivated workforce as well as financial savings for firms and employees.

Directly-contracted childcare is exempt from National Insurance Contributions for employers and from tax and National Insurance Contributions for employees. Employers can save up to approximately £400 per year per employee. (Daycare Trust – Setting up Directly Contracted Childcare – October 2012)

We provide an opportunity for local businesses to engage in Corporate Social Responsibility whilst supporting a grass-roots charity with strong links to the local community.
