We work in partnership with young people, schools and education services, parents, carers and other professionals to support young people who have been excluded from mainstream educational provision (or who need extra support to remain in this provision).
We aim to help young people to develop the skills and abilities which enable them to manage their behaviour and reintegrate back into mainstream educational provision.
Our highly experienced keyworkers achieve this by building positive relationships with young people, providing support, advice and guidance to help them to address issues which affect their ability to engage within the school setting.
We also operate the “Re-Building Bridges” project; specialist after-school and holiday provision for small groups of vulnerable children and young people on the edge of engaging in risk taking and anti-social behaviour and who are not accessing or struggling to attend mainstream play and youth provisions.
We offer off-site trips, positive activities and targeted workshops, giving small groups of troubled children the support they need to help reintegrate into mainstream out-of-school provision.Find out how to make a referral
